breakfast options several treadmills adult-only spaces
the breakfast options were very wide. the gym had several treadmills and bikes. the pools provided both family areas and adult-only spaces!
the elevators seemed a bit slow during peak hours.

helpful staff large room
The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were large and comfortable, they also had a great balcony. The hotel offered a convenient shuttle service to the shopping malls. The swimming pools are amazing. The pool bar areas are well maintained.

amazing stay!
easy access friendly staff spacious room sea view
this was my second visit, and again, everything was excellent. the location is perfect with easy access to the beach and several pools. i found the staff consistently helpful, friendly, and always ready to assist (i think everyone was amazing!). the room i had was spacious and clean with a big balcony facing the sea. the breakfast had many options. queues did form, but staff quickly helped.

the room was well-kept and offered a clear view of the sea. it included a comfortable king-sized bed, a seating area with a sofa, and a work desk. a modern bathroom featured a rainfall shower and premium toiletries.

The staff was very attentive. I observed prompt responses to requests and consistent smiles. the concierge provided detailed information about local attractions and transportation options. housekeeping maintained a high standard of cleanliness throughout the stay.

good size room terrace breakfast
The room was a good size. The bathroom was also of a good size. It had a rainfall shower and two sinks. The food was reasonable. I enjoyed breakfast on the terrace.
We discovered this when we arrived for a massage. We ended up having the massage in a regular room. It had only a massage bed. I told the receptionist about it when I checked out, but it was not properly adressed.

loud music poor insulation
The noise was a real issue. I could hear loud music and heavy bass even in my room at night. this made it hard to relax. the insulation needs improvement, it is quite shocking actually. i probably won't return unless this problem gets fixed. i expected a quieter experience. i have been to many better resorts
